Medical Service Request
Every operation begins with the medical service request. This request can be filled out by the medical service itself or directly by the organizer.
In the Requests menu item, a new medical service request can be created by clicking on “New Request.”
The following link allows a request to be filled out directly by the organizer. It’s best to copy the link to your website so that the request appears directly in Sanboard.
Upon receiving requests, administrators receive a notification via email or push message.
The following information can be recorded in the medical service request:
- Information about the organizer (contact person, billing details)
- Name, time, location of the event
- Information about the infrastructure
- Information about active participants and visitors
- Information about the environment
- Message to the medical service
Sanboard evaluates all the information and assesses the risk level of the operation using the evaluation system of the Swiss Samaritan Association.
Each request can be converted into an offer with a click on “Create Offer.”
