Shift Schedule
After creating an event, you can configure the attendance query to ask your members.
Once your members have filled out the attendance query, the shift schedule can be created.
To do this, open your event through the All Events menu and navigate to the Shift Schedule submenu.
Interactive Shift Assignment
With the interactive shift assignment, the responses from the attendance query can be transferred to the shift schedule with a click. Simply click on the members.
The selected shift will then appear in the next section of the shift schedule.
Shifts can be assigned a category, such as Event or Patrol. To do this, select the shift and then click on a category listed above.
Subsequently, the shift schedule can be saved. Click on Save.
Afterwards, the PDF can be downloaded.
Excellent 🎉. The shift schedule was successfully created.
Notify Members
Click on Send Confirmation / Rejection to Members to inform the members via email or push notification whether they have been assigned to a shift.
Next, the Site Plan can be created.
