Groups
To represent organizational structures, members can be divided into groups.
Groups can be used to invite members to an attendance query or a calendar entry.
Example:
An organization has the following groups: “All Members,” “Juniors,” “Seniors,” “Externals”
An event has been created and the members need to be queried for it. Members in the “Juniors” and “Seniors” groups are invited for the attendance query. However, a week before the event, it becomes clear that too few members have signed up for the event. Then it is possible to also send an invitation for the attendance query to the “Externals” group.
You can find more information about attendance queries here.
