Collaboration with Other Organizations

Transfer Assignments to Partner Organizations

When collaborating with other organizations, you can transfer assignments to them. To do this, you must add the organization as a partner organization.

Step 1: Add Organization as Partner Organization

  1. Navigate to the organization settings in the Settings side menu.
  2. Click on the Collaboration with Other Organizations tab.
  3. Click on Add Partner Organization and enter the organization ID of your partner organization. You can find the organization ID in the latter part of the URL: https://app.sanboard.ch/o/ORGANISATION-ID.
  4. Click on Save.

The receiving organization must add your organization as a partner organization to receive assignments from your organization.

Step 2: Transfer Assignment

  1. Create the request, offer, and assignment.
  2. Navigate to the Assignment Transfer section in the assignment settings.
  3. Select the partner organization to which you want to transfer the assignment. A copy of the assignment has now been transferred to the partner organization.
  4. The partner organization can now plan and execute the assignment.
  5. After completing the assignment, the assignment data (Hours Worked & Shift Adjustments) can be transferred back to your organization. The partner organization can use the Synchronize Data button in the assignment settings for this purpose.
